As a Software Architect (m/f/d) at SCHUMANN you will sketch the blueprints for visionary system landscapes that will secure the sustainable success of our customers. You will draw the construction plans for the digital transformation at a wide range of companies - from trading companies to globally operating insurance groups.

We are currently looking for a Software Architect (m/f/d) for the development of our standard software.

• You develop visionary architecture designs and ensure their evolutionary capability.
• Homogeneity across components is a matter of course for you.
• You take pleasure in looking into the integration capabilities of new technologies and frameworks, and have an eye for details.
• You evaluate the effects of architecture decisions on our products and projects.
• You make architecture decisions that are convincing.
• You plan and execute step-by-step refactoring.
• For quality control, you perform architecture and code reviews.
• At the daily stand-ups you contribute your personality, your knowledge and ideas to your agile project team.
• In projects, you support your team with a hands-on mentality, whether in-house or on-site.

• During your years of professional experience, you have already proven your capabilities in the creation of architectural designs and relational databases.
• You document your architecture decisions so well that they will still be comprehensible in 1000 years.
• Your tech stack is always state-of-the-art and you love to get to know new technologies.
• You like to set new impulses and you bring a wealth of ideas to the entire development process.
• You are an expert for frameworks and you are familiar with their advantages and disadvantages as well as their life cycles.
• Thanks to your open and communicative nature you are able to articulate even complex solutions clearly.
