She focuses on customer needs along with solution orientation and is responsible for portfolio and risk management as well as customer service and sales support in the surety business.
Previously, she was responsible for sales cooperation with cooperation partners such as Allianz agencies, brokers and banks. Furthermore, she gained international and cross-functional experience within the Allianz Trade Group while working in Internal Audit. Thus, she combines extensive expertise in the surety business with a broad experience in the international environment.

Energy crisis, interrupted supply chains and a multitude of insolvencies the likes of which we have not seen for a long time. These are challenges of an economic policy nature. In addition, we see increasing pressure to digitally map the previously very analogue surety business. We want to discuss from a cross-market perspective how these challenges can be solved.
1992 Deutsche Bank management trainee program in Frankfurt and subsequent role as assistant to the board of management. Thereafter, branch director of two large Deutsche Bank branches.
January 1998 moved to HOCHTIEF AG in Essen as Head of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Asset Management. Responsibility for numerous projects, both national and international. From 2004 onwards, also Deputy Chairman at HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V., the group’s investment vehicle for financing German pension liabilities.
Longstanding management and project experience at international level, including negotiation of high-volume surety facilities for operating subsidiaries in the USA and Canada.
Joined Gracher as Managing Director in August 2019 with responsibilities in sales, legal, internationalization and strategic developments.
