After the introduction of the software, staying close is still a great value: a Project Leader takes care of the implemented solution and ensures its functionality and further development in the interests of the customer.
We make sure that there is an active exchange of specialist knowledge between our customers. They are therefore able to influence the further development of the standard software actively. We also see ourselves as a driving force for the entire theme of credit management. Every year, with our SCHUMANN Conference we create an international platform and enable the exchange of ideas and information between specialists and managers across industries and between countries.
Our solutions are constantly developed further. Our location near to the University of Göttingen and the close connection with Prof. Dr. Matthias Schumann (Professor for Application Systems and E-business at the University of Göttingen) provide a constant transfer of know-how from science into business practice. This enables us to integrate current developments directly into our work and to create solutions that are always "state of the art".
Our developments and implementations follow the principle: as much standard software as possible and as much individuality as necessary. We avoid unnecessary costs through the availability of a broad spectrum of configurable standard products. Our solutions integrate a large number of global and local information providers and enable excellent integration into peripheral systems.
Most of our customers are active worldwide, many of them with their company headquarters outside Germany. German, English and Russian are available as standard languages in our software solutions.
Our employees are just as international as our customers: our head office is in Göttingen but we also have a subsidiary in London as well as offices in Leipzig and Porto.
